Kick It Contest Entries
Our first contest ran the month of October. The rules were simple. Take a photo of your Elite student "kicking it" and post on our FaceBook page. The photo with the most likes wins a new uniform!

Demo Team
Our Demo Team features a select few Black Belts who are challenged to do something more.
Our next performance is December 6th during the Belt Test and immediately after at 2:30 at the 2014 Winter Celebration at the North Central Baptist Hospital in Stone Oak.
